  • Can you share with us contacts that can verify your involvement?
  • Do you have pets? If so, how many and what kind? How long?
  • Any general info that you're comfortable sharing to help us get to know each other?
• Where are you located?
• Do you have a cell phone, if so what is the number?
• How far are you willing to travel (Miles/Hours)?
• What hours/days of the week are you available to travel? If this can vary, please indicate.
• Proof of insurance and drivers ID if asked to provide it?
• Able to confirm having the pet with you at times, at pick up and drop off? (Text a picture, post a picture in transport group, etc.)
• What types of pets are you willing to help travel?
• Willing to stop at a vet along the trip, if needed, to make sure the pet is still okay?
• What size cage(s) is your car able to hold?

The more details given, the better the chance of arranging an easy and safe transport.
