The absence of endorsement is in no way indicative of any lack or failing. It simply means that there has not been enough direct input to personally evaluate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Any organization that has an endorsement can provide the same for another. In addition, public endorsements of sufficient number and detail can generate a site endorsement for the organization.
