Endorsements are given only when direct interaction with the rescue group, veterinarian, or supporting business is sufficient to allow it. The absence of endorsement is in no way indicative of any lack or failing. It simply means that there has not been enough direct input to personally evaluate.

Any organization that has an endorsement can provide the same for another. In addition, public endorsements of sufficient number and detail can generate a site endorsement for the organization.
